因獨特橡木桶發酵的釀造方法,使此款氣泡酒有其最獨特的表現,入口乾醇,可感受到單寧的份量,使此款氣泡酒在酒體表現上更為濃郁。
氣泡的豐盈的表現,搭襯奶油、香草與新鮮水果的香氣,是Agustí Torelló 繼Kripta之後另一個傑作。

阿古斯提酒莊陳釀氣泡酒

最少36個月瓶中二次發酵
亮黃色邊緣呈現稻草色澤,氣泡細緻,口中香氣以成熟果香為主、佐經典的奶油香氣為主。
香氣因陳年時間非常長,讓所有香氣能完整展現。酸度非常優雅,氣泡細膩,是款非常適合搭配頂級西班牙火腿的代表作。

Botani 2012 皇家花園麝香白葡萄酒Bodega Jorge Ordoñez 喬治奧突尼酒莊
產區:DO Sierras Málaga 馬拉加山線法定產區
品種:Moscatel de Alejandría 麝香白葡萄
Moscatelup因糖分高,向來只有釀造甜酒的命運。但這款Botani 卻絕無僅有的表現出優雅的酸度、乾醇的單寧、複合的香味層次…
釀造:70%不鏽鋼桶低溫發酵,30%大型橡木桶發酵、酒渣攪拌Batonnage 並陳年4 個月。
淺稻草色邊緣閃爍黃金色澤、淚滴豐沛,有成熟蘋果、橘子、荔枝、蜂蜜與玫瑰香氣如漫步在花園般清新芳香,入口漂亮的酸度表現令人驚喜,伴隨著優雅的礦石、木桶風味讓香氣表現更為完整,是款極為同時具有清爽、乾醇兩種風格表現合為一體的代表作,非常適合搭配壽司、咖哩等亞洲美食。
受Parker的影響,Jorge Ordoñez 是西班牙進口美國最大的酒莊,其中Moscatel de Alejandria 麝香白葡萄所釀造的白酒,Parker 更是每年皆給它90 的高分,另外一款同樣品種釀造的甜酒,更是吸睛的成為2013年諾貝爾晚宴酒指定選酒。

Had it twice last week in Spain... just one of the most fragant, elegant, crisp, and pure white wines I have tasted in a long time... not a big wine... largely unoaked (think a small percentage is barrel fermented)... but compelling... aromatically and textually... it tastes dry but I wouldn’t be surprised if a tiny touch of residual sugar remains, but if so, the glorious natural acidity hides it... and the best news of all... retails for about $ 18-20... intend to track down a few cases in the local market today... amazing wine for the region and for this grape-moscatel de Alejandria... and it proves the one and only truism of wine... if it tastes good, it IS good...

Toro Albalá PX 2008 斗羅奧巴拉酒莊PX甜酒Bodegas Toro Albalá 酒莊/375ML
產區: Córdoba (D.O. Montilla-Moriles)
品種:Pedro Ximénez 原生品種
The Don P.X. wines are the youngest vintage wines from Toro Albalá. The carefully selected grapes are hand harvested from the oldest Pedro Ximénez and are then left to dehydrate under the sun for up to two weeks, concentrating the grapes sugars. The grapes are then lightly pressed and tipped into fermentation vessels. When the perfect balance between sugar, alcohol and acidity has been reached, the fermenting must is 'stunned' with argudiente (clear local brandy). The resulting wine is then decanted into stainless steel and the local cone-shaped Tinajas tanks to naturally settle (due to the richness of the wine it cannot be filtered) before being bottled straight from the holding vessel. As these early release wines are not barrel aged or blended, they are wonderfully pure, fresh, grapey examples of Pedro and capture all the delicious tanginess of the style before rancio (see below) sets in. The Don PX smells wonderfully of rum and raisin ice cream with liquorice drops thrown in. It is sweet and viscous yet the honey textured palate is beautifully balanced by citrussy freshness. The palate glows with concentrated toffee, caramel and dried fruit notes and finishes with a warm, lingering flourish. This is our kind of amber nectar. 17% alcohol.
